We currently ship all orders using standard delivery with New Zealand Post. Delivery is typically estimated at 1–3 working days, depending on your location.

If you require an overnight courier option, please feel free to get in touch with us prior to placing your order and we’ll do our best to arrange this for you.

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

While we take great care in preparing and sending your parcel, delivery is handled by New Zealand Post and is outside of our control once dispatched. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@avahkelly.co.nz and we will gladly assist by following this up and working toward a resolution.
