We take great care in packaging and sending your order safely. If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Please note: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the parcel is lost as a result, we will do our best to assist where we can, however we are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund in these circumstances.
